Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Mohalakshmi Travel Tourism. The following terms and conditions apply to our tour packages, transportation, vehicle rental and related travel services. Guests are requested to read these terms carefully before confirming their booking.
1. Package Inclusions
- Assistance on Arrival & Departure.
- Rooms on twin/triple sharing basis.
- Meals including Veg and Non-Veg meals as mentioned in the package.
- Exclusive vehicle at disposal for transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary.
- Luxury taxes, parking charges, toll taxes, driver's allowance, etc., as applicable to the package.
2. Package Exclusions
- Airfare / Train fare.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, gratuity, mineral water, soft drinks and other personal expenses.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of the vehicle other than those mentioned in the itinerary.
- Camera fees, guide / tour escort charges and entrance fees.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the client and may be payable directly on the spot.
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to an increase in the cost of surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.
- GST
- Anything which is not specifically included in the package inclusions.
3. Important Notes
- A valid photo ID proof for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
- Hotels are very strict with their child policy. Guests are advised to carry valid age proof for children, which may be required by the hotel.
- Most hotels provide an extra mattress or roll-out bed in case of an extra-bed requirement. However, some hotels may not have provision for an extra bed.
- Hotels may have different categories of rooms such as Standard, Executive, Superior, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Suite, etc.
- The category of rooms included in the package normally remains the base category in the given hotels. Guests may upgrade their rooms by paying the difference in room tariff, wherever available.
4. Room Occupancy
- For 1 guest travelling, 1 room will be provided on single occupancy.
- For 2 guests travelling together, 1 room will be provided on double occupancy.
- For 3 guests travelling together, 1 room will be provided on triple occupancy.
- For 4 guests travelling together, 2 rooms will be provided on double occupancy.
- For 5 guests travelling together, 1 room will be provided on double occupancy and 1 room on triple occupancy.
- For 6 guests travelling together, 3 rooms will be provided on double occupancy.
5. Vehicle & Transportation Conditions
- Vehicles used are exclusively at the disposal of the guests for the entire tour and according to the tour itinerary.
- Change of vehicle during the entire tour will not be entertained unless required due to technical faults.
- Our drivers are well trained and familiar with the region. They will make every effort to take guests to all the places mentioned in the itinerary.
- The maximum number of guests allowed in an Innova / Scorpio / Xylo is 6, including children above 10 years.
- If the total number of guests is more than 6, an additional vehicle will be required at an extra cost.
- If there are 4 or more guests, guests are advised to travel with minimum baggage.
- In case the amount of baggage exceeds the normal luggage capacity of the vehicle, an additional vehicle may be required at an extra cost.
6. Driver & Local Assistance
Our drivers are experienced with the region and its road conditions. They are familiar with various local routes, highways, shortcuts and important facilities in the areas through which they operate.
Guests are requested to cooperate with the driver and follow the agreed itinerary and transportation arrangements throughout the tour.
7. Additional Costs
Any service, facility, sightseeing, vehicle usage, room upgrade, additional vehicle, entrance fee, guide service or other requirement that is not specifically mentioned under the package inclusions may involve an additional charge payable by the guest.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking with Mohalakshmi Travel Tourism, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
